直接把代码翻译出来的工具没有哦。
可以下载一个PHP官方手册【php_enhanced_zh.chm】遇到程序中的 *** 调用，就去手册【搜索】，知道她是什么意思，看多了就会了。
举个例子，比如 print_r($var);这个 *** ，就去手册搜print_r 就能找到他的说明。
当然有些 *** 是开发者自己写的，只能去代码里面找到这些 *** ，看他是实现什么功能的了。

1.SQL的入侵工具和K *** ，即104端口入侵工具可以忽视Proxy和Firewall。
2.Firewall和Proxy的破解是独立的，你可以一边破解proxy一边 *** ysis。更有甚者，用Tracekill可以允许您慢悠悠地破解完Firewall，再攻破proxy。
3.在shell里按overload破解proxy，对吧?然而如果内存不足，这些窗口会折叠，并在内存足够时展开。(如果我说的不清楚，可以试着在您的电脑上运行一堆shell并点按trap，然后关掉其中一个窗口。)除了略有点壮观以外，这是个“储存”足够多shell的小技巧。

Troubleshooting Common Problems

A, Make sure to check following things:
1, Your previous mission has finished. (Click "Reply" in the email for it and see if "Mission Incomplete" message shows up.)
2, You don't have any available missions in your current faction's contracts server. (Or the message board if you're working on /el missions.)
3, Restart your game and your problem is still there.

黑客是不是用编译器编写程序?如果不是，那是什么?
如果是编写恶意代码的话，我可以说两句：
1、不能排除直接用机器语言编写的情况，但一般不会的；
2、不论哪种编译器都只是工具，用常用的编译环境同样可以完成恶意代码的；通过某种语言在特定的环境下实现一种特定的行为，通过编译器使这种行为被硬件环境所识别运行；
3、当然编译器有好坏，适应的环境不同，可选择的余地比较多，不排除某些人自己编写适合自己的有特定处理方式的编译器；
java代码有没翻译中文的工具
java代码没有翻译器,这个可以肯定,不过java语法并不困难,只要把基本语法学懂了,读一般代码基本不成问题,接下来就逻辑方面的问题了.至于java基本,这个就不用多说了,随便网上下本java的基础教程,看一遍,也就基本能懂了.

C语言翻译器。翻译器是早前的叫法，现在大都叫编译器。

发展到现代，很多开发过程都集成到一个软件去了，就是说上面介绍的那些编写、编译、链接甚至是执行等等这些开发环节在一个集成开发软件当中都能完成。
所以，现在通常所说的编译，已经隐含地表示一个程序从预编译、编译、汇编、链接等等这么些过程了。
什么是编译(也就是你所问的翻译)？编译就是将人认识的高级一点的C语言翻译成机器认识的低级一点的机器码（就是二进制码，全是0和1）。翻译器呢，就是完成这个过程的一个软件啦。
